Leadership and Life Coaching for Women
Who needs a coach? Life changes so fast and everyone can benefit from a life coach during a season of their life. We offer leadership and life coaching as a certified Christian Life Coach through the Amercian Association of Christian Counselors and the International Christian Coaching Association.
Aside from the academic learning, I have a passion to come alongside you and encourage you in who you are, challenge you to take the next steps, hold you accountable, and inspire you to be who it is our Creator designed you to be. Let me, as your coach, believe in you until you are able to believe in yourself.
Five11 Coaching also offers you the opportunity to go beyond just weight loss to achieve optimal health and gives you the tools to stay healthy for the rest of your life! We focus on health coaching using the Take Shape for Life (TSFL) program, which includes the use of Medifast meals and the support of a certified health coach (me!).
